This is the second level of 5 wind bands at Scotch College. Typically this ensemble includes all Year 7 woodwind, brass and percussion students who have attained the standard required as a determined by their instrumental Head of Department.

This ensemble has a size of approximately 40-50 members.

Admission is by invitation.

Major performances for the year include:

• Autumn Concert
• Scotch Bands Concert
• October Concert

*In addition there will be other performances where such opportunity arises. These may include school assemblies or performances in the wider community.
