Year 3/4 String Ensemble

Rehearsal Time: Terms 2 & 3 – Wednesdays 7.45 – 8.20am

Venue: Keith Humble Auditorium (KHA)

This orchestra caters for Years 3 and 4 students who play the violin, viola, cello and double bass. The ensemble rehearses in Terms 2 and 3 only.

Typically this ensemble includes a wide range of players in the school and includes approximately 15 musicians.

Major performances* and activities include:

• Year 3 Concert
• Year 4 Concert
• Scotch Strings Concert

*In addition there will be other performances where such opportunity arises. These may include school assemblies or performances in the wider community.
