East meets west - Teage Ezard

Monday evenings in the Language & Culture Centre have been not only full of chatter in many tongues, but also memorable for the delicious aromas which waft through the corridors thanks to the ever popular Top Chefs Cookery Classes.

Teage Ezard This year, for the first time, classes were also offered in Semester One, and this proved to be very popular.

Chefs such as Guy Grossi, Kazu Nomura and Hiroaki Mishikura, Philippe Mouchel, Andrew Blake and Greg Malouf inspired class members with their passion and knowledge of fine food. Every class was booked out well in advance and quite a lot of disappointed applicants had to be turned away.

In Semester Two another great line up of Top Chefs gave us more delights.

Teage Ezard on 14 August (East meets West) and Christopher Nelson on 4 September (Vegetarian / Mediterranean) were both in superb form.

Some enrolments still available for fourth semester

So get your enrolment quickly for:

Beh Kim Un on 9 October (Thai)
Paul Wilson on 20 November (Summer cooking)

All classes are held on Monday evenings from 7.00 - 9.30 p.m. in the professionally equipped Demonstration Kitchen, level 2, Language & Culture Centre, Morrison Street.
