Pioneer Hike at Lal Lal state Forrest

2012 Annual Scout Hike

After being told last minute that Anglesea was unavailable, we had to move the hike to Heallsville. Nevertheless, the hike was a great success, with everyone havng fun mountain biking, hiking, cooking on Trangias or just getting to know new people.

Welcome Back!

We started off a new school year with a welcome back BBQ. We welcome new members to our group and hope they have a lot of fun in scouting. I am currently in the process of updating this website to hold more information relevent to 2012

2011 Main Camp

We camped in tents, as well as doing our own cooking on fires. It was a fun camp, with a short hike, mountain biking, orienteering and much more.

The hike included altenating in two groups between an abseiling course and a hike through the neerby areas. We put into practise skills in lightweight cooking and minimalistic packing skills, which we had learnt during Term 1.
